They are not good enough. They haven’t got enough experience. It’s too dangerous for them to fly. They could use them to fly anywhere without permission. They could hurt somebody else…
It looks like an ordinary list with its three blocks - uniform, books, equipment- and its practical details (name tags) but there are other the surprising elements.
- Knowing that a witch is a lady/girl sorcerer and a wizard is a man/boy sorcerer, what does the complete name of the school show or indicate ?
There are both boys and girls in the school.
