Étape 4 (optionnelle) - British riddles The clues given to find letterboxes are often riddles. Playing riddles is a well-known pastime in Great-Britain. Tolkien even made Bilbo and Gollum play riddles in his book Bilbo the Hobbit.

Question 2 Can you give examples to illustrate the following sentences? The riddles are generally short. Most of the time, they rhyme. The vocabulary is precise. There is a regular rhythm in the lines, like in a poem.
