2. b. - They are all objects belonging to everyday life. They are all useful.
- All the materials used are natural; the Natives would use what was available and easy to find, like clay, hair, hide, porcupine quills (!), but also transformed materials such as glass or steel.
- Encourager l’utilisation de They appeal to me because of…; What I like/dislike is…, etc.
3. a. He plays rap music.
b. It is mainly destined to Indian youth.
c. He reproaches the Christopher Columbus Festival for forgetting the Natives’ suffering and hardships.
d. His songs deal with self-empowerment and pride.
e. “…being an Indian is the greatest thing in the world.”
f. Contrary to settlers, the Native Americans’ presence on this land was chosen by the Creator.
g. He uses both the term “Native” and the term “Indian”, which is no longer politically correct. He does not mind using this term, contrary to many American citizens.
